QR code deposits & booking payments

No deposit, no slot. Lock in the booking before they leave.

Show a QR code, take a deposit, hold the appointment. Clients scan, pay to reserve the time, and the money lands straight in your own account. The no-shows that eat your week become commitments — no card reader, no app, no chasing.

No credit card required to start. Taking deposits is on Starter and up.

How it works

Scan. Pay the deposit. Slot's held.

01 · Scan

They scan to book

A code at the chair, on your card, in the DM, or on your booking sign — clients point their camera and your branded deposit page opens.

02 · Pay

They pay the deposit

Set the amount to hold the slot, paid with a card or Google Pay — no app, no back-and-forth, the time is theirs.

03 · Done

The deposit's in your account

Each deposit lands in your own account and shows up next to the service or slot it was for — see what each code brings in.

Why a deposit QR code

Made for the chair, the studio, the job site.

Cut the no-shows that cost you

A paid deposit turns a maybe into a commitment. Built for stylists, tattoo artists, photographers, studios, and tradespeople who can't afford an empty slot.

The money is yours, fast

Deposits go into your own account, not a middle-man wallet. A small per-transaction fee applies — see the pricing page for the exact rate.

One code per service, change it anytime

Different deposits for a quote, a session, or a full job — update amounts without printing new cards — change a code without reprinting.

See what's actually booked

Watch deposits by service, week, and code, so you know which jobs and which slots fill — track every scan and what it's worth.

Every deposit comes with proof

Each paid deposit issues a receipt the client keeps and a record you can verify — so a held slot is never a he-said-she-said. The same engine powers proof-of-payment QR codes for final invoices and job sign-off.

QR code deposits & bookings — questions, answered.

How do I take a booking deposit with a QR code?

Create a “Get paid” code, set the deposit amount, and show it at the chair, on your card, or in a message. Clients scan it and pay to hold the slot on their own phone — and you have the booking locked in before they leave.

Do clients need an app to pay a deposit?

No. They scan with their phone camera, your deposit page opens in the browser, and they pay with a card or Google Pay. Nothing to download and no account to create.

Where do the deposits go, and what does it cost?

Deposits land in your own account. Creating codes is free; taking deposits is on the Starter plan and up, with a small per-transaction fee shown on the pricing page.

Can I take the balance later, remotely?

Yes. Take the deposit in person, then send a pay link for the balance after the job. Every payment is tracked against its code so you can see deposit and balance side by side. See how tracking works →
