Cookie Policy

Last updated September 2026

1. What cookies are

Cookies are small files a website stores in your browser. We use only a small set, and we do not use third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

2. Cookies we use

  • Essential — a session cookie and a security (CSRF) token that keep you signed in and protect form submissions. The Service does not work without these.
  • Scan attribution — when someone scans a code and lands on a hosted page, we set a first-party cookie (it lasts about 30 days) so a later conversion (a signup, click, or payment) can be matched back to that scan. It carries an opaque scan identifier, not personal details.
  • Code unlock — if you open a password-protected code, a short cookie (about an hour) remembers that you entered the password so you aren’t asked again right away. It holds only code identifiers, not personal details.

3. Why we use them

These cookies let us authenticate you securely and produce the scan-to-conversion analytics that are the core of the Service. They are not used for advertising.

4. Managing cookies

You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies will prevent you from signing in; blocking the attribution cookie may mean some conversions are not matched to a scan.

5. Changes and contact

We may update this policy as the Service evolves; changes will be posted here. Questions? Contact us.
