Legal
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of QRProfits ("the Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization.
You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping access to your sign-in email secure. The Service is passwordless: anyone who can receive your sign-in email can access your account, so keep that mailbox protected. You must provide accurate information and be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction.
If you enable payment collection, payments from your customers are processed by our third-party payment provider and settled to the connected account you onboard. You are the merchant of record for those transactions and are responsible for fulfilment, refunds, taxes, and compliance with the payment provider's terms. Platform fees are disclosed before you accept a payment.
Your use of the Service must follow our Acceptable Use Policy. In particular, codes may not point to phishing, malware, or unlawful destinations. We screen destinations and may disable any code or account that violates this policy.
You retain ownership of the destinations, designs, and contact data you create or collect. You grant us the limited rights needed to operate the Service (for example, storing and serving your codes and analytics). You are responsible for having the rights and consents needed for any personal data you collect through the Service.
The Service, including its software and branding, is owned by us or our licensors. ‘QR Code’ is a registered trademark of DENSO WAVE INCORPORATED. These Terms do not grant you any rights in our marks.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee any particular business result, revenue, or scan volume. Industry figures shown on our site reflect what businesses reported or expected and are not a promise of your results.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
We may update these Terms or the Service over time; material changes will be posted here. You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy.
