Acceptable Use Policy

This policy keeps the Service safe for everyone — your customers included. It applies to every code, hosted page, and account. Using the Service means agreeing to it.

1. Destinations you may not link to

• Phishing or credential-harvesting pages, or anything designed to deceive a scanner ("quishing").
• Malware, drive-by downloads, or content that compromises a visitor's device.
• Illegal content, or content that infringes someone else's rights.
• Destinations that impersonate a brand, person, or payment page you are not authorized to represent.

We screen destinations and may block, flag, or disable any code that trips these rules.

2. Activities you may not do

• Send spam or unsolicited messages, or collect leads without the consent your jurisdiction requires.
• Abuse, overload, scrape, or attempt to circumvent the rate limits or security of the Service.
• Use payment features for prohibited or fraudulent transactions, money transmission you are not licensed for, or to evade our payment provider's rules.
• Resell or white-label the Service except under an agreement that permits it.

3. Enforcement

We may disable individual codes, freeze paid features, or suspend accounts that violate this policy — sometimes without notice where there is risk to visitors or the platform. A code that is disabled for abuse stops redirecting; the reason is recorded.

4. Reporting abuse

If you encounter a QRProfits code that violates this policy, please tell us so we can investigate.
