QR code payments

QR code payments, straight into your own account.

A customer scans your code and pays on their own phone — card or Google Pay, with no app to download. The money lands straight in your own account, not a middle-man wallet, and every payment is tracked to the exact code, flyer, or table that drove it. The same pay link works in person as a QR code and remotely as a link you text or email.

No credit card required to start. Taking payments is on Starter and up.

How it works

Create it. Share it. Get paid.

01 · Create

Create your code

Make a 'Get paid' code and set a fixed price or let people enter their own amount. Codes are free to create — you only pay a small fee when a payment comes in.

02 · Share

Show it or send it

Print the QR on a table, counter, flyer, or window — or text and email the same link to get paid remotely. One code works in person and from anywhere.

03 · Paid

The money lands in your account

Your customer scans and pays on their own phone with a card or Google Pay. Each payment goes straight into your own account, not a wallet you have to cash out of.

04 · Track

See what every code earns

Every payment ties back to the exact code, flyer, or table that drove it, so you can tell what's working — down to the day — not just count scans.

Why QR code payments

Built to get you paid — and keep the money yours.

The money is yours, and it's fast

Payments land in your own account — the one you already use for your business — not a middle-man wallet you have to withdraw from. A small per-transaction fee applies; the pricing page shows the exact rate.

Nothing for your customer to download

They scan with the phone camera, your pay page opens in the browser, and they pay with a card or Google Pay. No app, no account, no portal login — most people are done in two taps.

One link, in person and from anywhere

Show it as a QR code on a table or flyer, or text and email the very same link to collect remotely. You never rebuild anything — the QR code and the pay link are one and the same.

See what every code earns

Every payment is tracked to the exact code, flyer, or table that drove it, so you know which ones actually make money — not just how many scans they got.

Free to create, no card reader to buy

Making codes costs nothing and there's no terminal or hardware to rent. You only pay a small fee when money comes in, so there's nothing to lose by starting today.

Works for however you get paid

Invoices, tips, donations, tables, market stalls, deposits, memberships, merch — if there's an amount to collect, a code can collect it.

The one thing a design tool can't do: take the money

Most QR code makers stop at a link. QRProfits takes the payment, drops it into your own account, and hands your customer a receipt they keep and you can verify — so a paid order is never in doubt.

Every way to get paid

However you collect, there's a code for it.

QR code payments — questions, answered.

How do I accept payments with a QR code?

Create a 'Get paid' code, set a fixed price or let the customer enter an amount, then print or display it. They scan it with their phone camera, your pay page opens, and they pay right there — no terminal or card machine on your side.

Is it free, and what does it cost?

Creating codes is free and there's no card reader to buy — no credit card needed to start. Taking payments is on the Starter plan and up, with a small per-transaction fee. The pricing page shows the plans and the exact rate.

Where does the money go?

Straight into your own account — the bank account you already use for your business — not a middle-man wallet you have to cash out of later. Each payment shows up next to the code that earned it, so your takings and their source are never a guess.

Do my customers need an app to pay?

No. They scan with the phone's camera, your pay page opens in the browser, and they pay with a card or Google Pay. Nothing to download and no account to create — most people are done in two taps.

Can I get paid remotely with a pay link too?

Yes. The same code is also a pay link you can text, email, or drop into an invoice or DM. Your customer taps it and pays from wherever they are — so you can collect in person by scan and remotely by link, all from one code.

Is it secure?

Yes. Your customer enters their card details on a secure, encrypted pay page — you never see or store them. Payments are handled by established payment providers, and every payment issues a receipt your customer keeps and you can verify, so a paid order is never in doubt.

Can I change where a code points after I print it?

Yes. A printed QR code doesn't have to be set in stone — your codes are editable (often called dynamic). Change the amount, the destination, or the whole page without reprinting, and reuse the same sticker or flyer for the next event, the new price, or a different offer.

Which businesses is this for?

Any business with an amount to collect. Restaurants and cafés taking payment at the table, market stalls and pop-ups with no register, contractors and freelancers billing by invoice, nonprofits taking donations, gyms and clubs collecting memberships, and shops selling merch — the same code works for all of them.
